Transparent plastic bags play an indispensable role in the modern packaging industry and are widely used in many fields such as food, medical, electronic products and daily necessities. They not only provide the functions of protecting, fixing and displaying goods, but also have a direct impact on the shelf life, safety and consumer purchasing experience of goods. Therefore, the storage environment of transparent plastic bags is crucial to their quality and service life.

When storing transparent plastic bags, temperature control is an important management measure. The ideal storage temperature should be maintained between 5℃ and 35℃, and the best state is a constant temperature environment of 15℃ to 30℃. Excessive temperature will accelerate the movement of plastic molecular chains, resulting in decreased flexibility and easy deformation of the bag body, and even cause plastic degradation, thereby affecting its physical properties and air tightness. Relatively speaking, too low a temperature will slow down the movement of molecular chains, making plastic bags fragile and easy to break. Therefore, reasonable temperature control is the key to ensuring the stability of the quality of transparent plastic bags.

Humidity management should not be ignored either. Excessive humidity will cause transparent plastic bags to absorb moisture, which will cause problems such as expansion, deformation and mildew, seriously affecting their appearance and performance. In addition, a humid environment may also accelerate the aging process of plastics and shorten their service life. Therefore, the storage environment should be kept dry and the humidity should be controlled between 40% and 60%. By installing dehumidification equipment or using desiccant and other measures, the humidity of the storage environment can be effectively managed to ensure that the quality of the plastic bags is not affected.

Light protection is also a factor that must be considered in the storage of transparent plastic bags. Due to their transparent characteristics, transparent plastic bags are extremely sensitive to light. Long-term exposure to direct sunlight will accelerate the oxidative degradation of plastic molecules, causing the bag to turn yellow, brittle, lose gloss and elasticity. Therefore, when storing transparent plastic bags, direct sunlight should be avoided, and it is best to choose a cool and light-proof environment. If conditions are limited, transparent plastic bags can be shielded with items such as blackout cloth or black plastic bags to reduce ultraviolet radiation.

In addition, avoiding pollution and mechanical damage is also an important part of ensuring the quality of transparent plastic bags. The storage environment should be kept clean and avoid contact with pollutants such as irritating gases and corrosive substances. At the same time, mechanical damage behaviors such as the pressure and placement of heavy objects and scratches by sharp objects should also be avoided as much as possible to ensure the integrity and performance of plastic bags.
