The basis of load-bearing structure design lies in the in-depth understanding of the characteristics of PE materials. Industrial-grade PE plastic bags usually use high-strength materials such as high-density polyethylene or linear low-density polyethylene, which have good tensile strength, tear resistance and wear resistance, and are ideal for load-bearing design. In the design of load-bearing structures, bottom reinforcement is a crucial link. The traditional "H"-shaped bottom or "U"-shaped bottom design effectively disperses the force at the bottom of the bag by increasing the thickness and width of the bottom, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity. In addition, the bottom can also be reinforced with ribs or grid structures to further enhance its stability and anti-deformation ability. These designs not only increase the load-bearing limit of the bag, but also extend its service life.
In addition to bottom reinforcement, edge reinforcement is also an important part of load-bearing structure design. The edge is the part of the bag that is  vulnerable to damage during handling and use, so effective measures must be taken to protect it. The tear and puncture resistance of the bag can be significantly improved by increasing the thickness of the edge, using stronger materials, or using heat-sealing technology to strengthen the sealing of the edge.
The load-bearing structure design also needs to consider the overall structure and shape of the bag. Reasonable structural layout can ensure that the bag remains balanced and stable when loaded with heavy objects, reducing the risk of breakage caused by uneven force. At the same time, customizing the shape of the bag according to the shape and size of the specific product can maximize the loading efficiency and protection effect.
